**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist with sorting, decluttering, and categorizing household items under the direction of the lead organizer
- Handle items carefully to ensure they are not damaged during the organizing process
- Label and organize bins, boxes, and other storage containers
- Provide light cleaning and preparation of spaces (e.g., wiping shelves, vacuuming storage areas)
- Follow confidentiality guidelines to respect clients' privacy
- Assist with assembling furniture, shelving units, or organizing tools
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in client interactions
- Carry and move items as required, including heavier objects (within reasonable limits)
- Communicate effectively with the lead organizer about project progress and needs

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience is an asset, but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Access to transportation
