Organized Zone Inc. is a well-established Toronto home organizing, downsizing, and move-management company (est We help clients declutter, organize homes, prepare for moves, pack/unpack, manage estate clear-outs, and set up MaxSold online auctions.

Position Summary

We are hiring Home Organizers & Move Management Assistants who are:

  • Skilled at home organizing
  • Fast and efficient workers
  • Strong packers with good space-planning ability
  • Creative problem-solvers
  • Calm and steady during busy or chaotic projects
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently or in a team

This is flexible, project-based subcontract work.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on home organizing (closets, kitchens, basements, whole homes)
  • Fast and accurate packing and unpacking
  • Creating functional organizing systems for clients
  • Sorting and decluttering with clients
  • Preparing items for donation, disposal, or MaxSold
  • Photographing items and preparing simple written descriptions
  • Assisting with downsizing and estate clear-outs
  • Light lifting (10–20 lbs)
  • Maintaining a calm, supportive, professional presence

Requirements

  • Live in Toronto or the GTA
  • Car preferred
  • Skilled at organizing and packing
  • Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) are required(This role involves client communication, following written instructions, and documenting items.)
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in clients' homes
  • Able to follow direction AND think independently
  • Smartphone required (photos & communication)
  • Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality

Experience

  • Home organizing
  • Packing/unpacking
  • Move-management
  • MaxSold prep or estate workTraining provided for the right candidate.

Pay

$30–$40/hr depending on experience

(Subcontractor position; invoice after each project.)

Hours

  • Flexible
  • Mostly weekdays
  • 4–8 hour sessions
  • Ideal for someone seeking meaningful, steady part-time work
