Whether we’re staging a home for sale, organizing a kitchen, or helping someone unpack after a move, our work is rooted in empathy, efficiency, and a deep belief in the power of well-designed systems.

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a versatile, reliable, creative, and hands-on **Assistant Team Membe**r to support all areas of our business, organizing, move management, and staging, with the potential to grow into a Team Lead role over time.

This is a dynamic, client-facing position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a natural eye for design and function, and enjoys helping people feel more at home in their space.

Full training will be provided onsite. We are ideally looking for someone with the innate skills and passion to be a professional organizer, stager and move manager who can provide compassion and comfort to our clients.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Organizing Support**
- Declutter, categorize and create functional systems for various spaces such as pantries, closets, offices, playrooms, and storage rooms, etc.
- Label, arrange and style spaces for both practicality and visual appeal
- Implement organizing solutions tailored to each client's needs and style
- Support decision-making during hands-on sessions with compassion and clarity

**Moving Support**
- Pack and unpack items with care, logic, and efficiency — labeling, grouping, and organizing as you go
- Help clients settle into new spaces by setting up intuitive organizing systems
- Assist with day-of moving logistics, including donations, disposal, and setup
- Assist with coordinate donation drop-offs or errands related to the move

**Staging Support**
- Assist with staging homes from planning to staging and de-staging
- Style spaces using curated inventory and/or client's items to appeal to a wide range of buyers
- Transport, unpack, and implement furniture, decor, art, and accessories
- Assemble furniture, hang artwork, and contribute to styling
- Manage staging inventory and ensure all items are returned in good condition

**Client Interaction**
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with small client requests during sessions to support their comfort
- Communicate feedback or observations to the Project Lead
- Represent our brand with professionalism and care at all times

**Team Collaboration**
- Stay connected during multi-room projects and support where needed
- Learn new organizing methods, staging techniques, and design principles
- Stay adaptable and ready to support any service area depending on the project needs

**Administrative Support**
- Assist with tracking project notes, record measurements, track personal inventory, etc.
- Maintain our CRM/project management software by entering notes, ensuring all documentation is accurate, etc.
- Capture before-and-after photos for future reference plus some content that can be used for social media

**About You**:

- You love organizing, design and helping people
- You’re **detail-oriented** and take pride in getting things “just right”
- You’re **people-oriented** — friendly, professional, and compassionate
- You’re **reliable and proactive**, always looking for the next way to help without waiting to be asked
- You’re **physically capable** — lifting boxes (up to 40 lbs), climbing stairs, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- You’re **tech-savvy** — familiar with Google Workspace, basic apps, and CRM tools
- You have a **reliable vehicle (SUV or larger preferred)** to travel between sites and transport supplies/inventory
- You’re **flexible and adaptable** — jobs are based on work volume but we often reach full-time hours especially during peak season (fall and spring)

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience in organizing, staging, design, or moving support.
- Handiness skills — comfortable working with basic tools, hanging art or occasionally assembling furniture.

**Schedule**:

- Flexible work hours, between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Occasional weekend requests as needed
- Flexibility to work on short notice is a plus
