**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a bartending role, with solid skills and a knack for crafting great cocktails
- A love for wine, with knowledge of varietals, regions, and food pairings
- A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable, friendly service
- Reliability and punctuality

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests at the bar, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
- Support the preparation and service of a variety of beverages—including signature cocktails and an extensive wine selection—while handling daily prep and closing duties
- Offer expert recommendations on wine pairings, drawing on your knowledge of varietals and flavour profiles
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area
- Be an ambassador for our food, our menu, and team

**Nice-to-have**:

- Experience with the point-of-sale (POS) system: Toast
- Formal sommelier training or certification (e.g., WSET Level 2)
