At **The Edge Social Grille & Lounge**, we have redefined both tradition and service. Our versatile team of chefs at the Edge Social Grille & Lounge are committed to serving you great cousine daily.

We seek an upbeat server/bartender who knows how to create enjoyable customer experiences.

**ROLE SUMMARY**:
Server/Bartender is a mixologist who create delicious classical drinks and cocktails and deliver a positive guest experience. As a server you are dependable for processing payments, managing inventory, cleaning, and maintaining a high-energy, cheerful ambiance. This is a union position with long term employment potential.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Providing exceptional food and drink experience
- Staying updated on all menu items, including ingredients and preparation of all dishes
- Making recommendations and answering menu questions
- Establishing consistent communication with the team (FOH, BOH, and Management)
- Maintaining cleanliness of the bar & dining room
- Placing inventory orders
- Serving customers and supporting colleagues

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Available evenings (4:30 pm to 9:30 pm) Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
- One year serving (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.15-$21.35 per hour
