**What it’s all about**:
The Multi-Unit Account Coordinator is responsible for the execution and overall management of an assigned group of National Multi-unit customer’s business. As the point person for your assigned customers, the National Multi Unit Account Coordinator is responsible for driving business outcomes and high customer satisfaction. Leading through influence and using your passion for the restaurant/foodservice industry, you will work within a winning team to deliver excellence to support our customer’s contract.

**What you’ll do**:

- Serve as the point of contact for assigned Multi Unit Accounts and Account Managers
- Coordinate restaurant chain quotes including all price changes
- Liaise with the customer service team for Account head offices
- Support customer rebates and regular reporting related to the restaurant chains
- Provide support to Account Managers to deliver customer service excellence
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization
- Contribute to the strategic plan and company values

**What we need**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Strong time management and organization skills required
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet established deadlines
- Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer service excellence
- Previous experience using MS Excel and analyzing data using vlookup and pivot tables required
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills required
- Ability to work independently and make decisions to resolve issues required
- Previous experience in a similar role and experience with ERP systems preferred
- Post secondary education and experience within the foodservice industry preferred
