Purchasing and Accounts Coordinator

CareKW is a quickly growing healthcare company seeking a qualified individual to join our team in Kitchener, ON. The Purchasing & Accounts Coordinator will support product sourcing, inventory management, accounts coordination and will assist with new startup projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct product research and monitor market activity to make purchase recommendations.
- Coordinate sourcing, purchasing and billing with internal departments.
- Create and manage purchase orders & invoices for products and services.
- Track orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and supplies across CareKW Locations.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases and expenses.
- Generate reports to provide accurate and timely financial data to management.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Relationship management with vendors, service accounts, contractors, social accounts and website.
- Assist team with new projects and initiatives as directed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of Client facing experience is required, in a Sales, Customer Service or Management capacity. Familiarity with healthcare field, inventory management and/or sourcing considered a strong asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management, or accounting software considered an asset.

**Schedule**:37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday**
On occasion, flexibility to work extended hours to support project start ups may be required on an as needed basis.
