**The Role**
In this role you will:
- Coordinate the production schedule of work, assisting team members by project tracking, monitoring deadlines, maintaining organized records, and consulting with employees and managers to meet deadlines
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, internal clients, and external vendors to keep communications timely and clear
- Facilitate reviews and approvals by circulating materials among internal clients and government
- Oversee quality checks by proofreading and sending content for translation, copy editing, web and intranet postings, and formatting
- Ensure all internal and external communication material is in accordance with Agricorp’s visual branding and logo standards
- Build and maintain a variety of communication templates in accordance with Agricorp’s brand standards
**Job status**: 6 months contract (posting for an existing vacancy)
**Work status**:Full time in office
**Salary Range**:$63,814 - $75,075
**Location**: Must live in Ontario to perform this role
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or equivalent experience
- Experience creating collateral or educational materials, inside an agri-industry or financial services company an asset
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, and with Macromedia Contribute
- Experience with a project management/print production/scheduling system of tracking multi-faceted projects amongst diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of Agricorp programs an asset
