- **In order to fully know what the job entails, we have listed the following descriptions below of Spa Attendant, Server, and Front Desk. As a Guest Experience Staff member, your everyday tasks will include a mixture of all descriptions listed below.**
Spa Attendant
**What You’ll Do**:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of spa areas, ensuring a luxurious and spotless environment.
- Prepare and restock amenities such as towels, robes, and products for guest use.
- Guide guests through the spa, offering a warm and welcoming experience.
- Support spa therapists and staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain the ambiance of the spa, including lighting, music, and temperature.
- Address guest inquiries and ensure that their experience exceeds expectations.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in a spa or hospitality role is an asset but not required.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning tasks.

- Server
**What You’ll Do**:
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in the spa lounge and restaurant.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests are enjoying their experience.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked dining area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle payments and ensure accurate billing.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, resolving any concerns with professionalism.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Prior serving experience is an asset but not required—enthusiasm and willingness to learn are just as valuable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Smart Serve or ProServe certification.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

- Front Desk
**What You’ll Do**:
- Be the face of SKA Thermal Spa, greeting guests warmly and creating a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations, bookings, and spa appointments efficiently.
- Handle phone inquiries and respond to guest questions with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Process payments and issue receipts, ensuring accurate billing and transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Assist with administrative duties, such as organizing schedules and maintaining guest records.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in hospitality or spa settings, is an asset.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with booking software or POS systems is a plus.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
