**Guest Experience Specialist - Post Sale**

As a Guest Experience Coordinator at North Hill Mazda, you will create exciting and memorable experiences as our guests pick up their new vehicles.

**Typical workday**:

- Greet all customers and introduce them to the requested department/individual.
- Provide a consistent, outstanding experience for each guest while guiding them through features of their new vehicle.
- Prepare deal folders and maintain brochures/other materials.
- Complete post-delivery follow-up.
- Assist Finance with administrative tasks as required.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.

**Schedule**:**Variety of weekday/evening, and Saturday Shifts.
