**What You Bring**:

- **Education & Credentials**: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CPHR designation required.
- **Experience**: At least 5 years in progressive HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, talent management, and policy development.
- **Skills**: Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal finesse, and a strong problem-solving ability.
- **Knowledge**: Thorough understanding of Human Rights, Provincial Labour Standards, Privacy, and Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient in Microsoft tools like SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
- **Bonus Points**: Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification.
