**Administrative Assistant**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assisting Admin Team: Sales & Service
- Sales Team: Creating Sales Order, Generate Invoices, Issuing internal/external Purchase Orders, Daily Coordination & Follow up within the team and Factory
- Service Team: Quotes Preparation, Issuing Internal/external Purchase Orders, Parts Shipment, Daily Communication/Coordination with the internal and external stakeholders
- Follow up with customers on pending service and purchase orders.
- Other tasks/duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Manufacturing industry experience is an asset.
- Adaptive, keen learner, focused, detailed oriented, can work in fast paced environment
- Good communication skills
- 2-3 experience in customer service or administrative experience
- Execute tasks in timely manner
