**Attention to Detail is Essential**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform **bookkeeping tasks** using **QuickBooks** **Desktop** (invoicing, reconciliations, financial reports).
- **Filing is a must**—organize, maintain, and manage client records and documents efficiently.
- Assist with **administrative tasks** like scheduling, document management, and data entry.
- Support **marketing efforts** (basic social media, content updates, and client coordination).
- **Travel to client locations** when required to provide **on-site assistance** and fulfill business needs.
- Maintain **a clean and organized workspace**, both in the office and at client sites.
- Adapt to different client requirements and **jump into tasks wherever needed**.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent English (spoken and written)** with excellent grammar and comprehension.

- **Fast typing speed (70+ WPM)** with accuracy.
- **Strong phone etiquette** and professional communication skills.
- **Willingness to travel** to client locations as needed.
- **Must be diligent with filing and organization**—no exceptions.

- Experience in **accounting, marketing, or business operations** is a plus.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
