**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors and Program Manager.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management for various Executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.
- Keep track of tasks, deadlines, and project milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain financial records, track expenses, and assist with budget management.
- Transcribe meetings and keep accurate notes for reference and follow-ups.
- Support special projects which may include writing, editing, and formatting documents, building slide decks for both internal and external use.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support ongoing projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- ** High-Level Support & Strategic Execution**:
- Assist the Board of Directors and Program Manager in **executing strategic initiatives and managing high-priority projects**.
- ** Track and drive critical tasks and deadlines**, ensuring seamless project execution.
- ** Executive-Level Administrative Support**:
- ** Manage complex schedules and meetings.**:

- Support the preparation of high-quality **reports, proposals, business plans, and presentations**.
- ** Technology, Research & Business Development**:
- Support Grant writing initiatives.
- ** Operational & Process Optimization**:
- Improve business processes and provide operational recommendations.
- Support **event planning, stakeholder engagement, and business development activities**.
- Collaborate across departments to **streamline workflows and enhance productivity**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- ** Education**: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- ** Experience**: Prior administrative or office support experience preferred.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Suite, Financial receipt management and other office management tools.
- ** Presentation & Design**: Experience in building presentations and basic design work.
- ** Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- ** Organization**: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- ** Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and professionalism.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Ability to anticipate needs and resolve administrative challenges efficiently.
- ** Confidentiality**: Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- ** Flexibility**: Ability to adapt to changing work hours and business demands as needed, including after-hours meetings.
