Order Management Specialist

We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our team permanently to maintain a high accuracy level when processing incoming orders that will impact our Customer Experience in a positive fashion. This role is on site with the possibility of working 1 day at home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process & confirm orders in a timely fashion to meet our customers in-house dates & our daily cut-off times
- Ensure that pricing, billing and shipping information is correct
- Flag and question order issues and seek appropriate approval to proceed
- Communicate with Supply and production on new urgent purchases
- Ensure that all appropriate tasks have been completed for month-end
- Provide back-up coverage for reception
- Perform various tasks related to the Department’s success as required

**Qualifications**:

- Attentive to details and accuracy
- Strong communication skills (written & oral)
- Problem-solving skills
- Autonomous
- Knowledge of MS Office suite, ERP and CRM programs
- Ability to multi-task and handle high pressure situations
- 2 years of Order Entry experience
- Fluently bilingual (asset)

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Spécialiste, gestion de commandes pour se joindre à notre équipe afin de maintenir un haut niveau de précision lors du traitement des commandes entrantes qui auront un impact positif sur notre expérience client. Ce poste est sur place avec la possibilité de travailler 1 jour à domicile.

**Responsabilités**:

- Traiter et confirmer les commandes en temps opportun pour répondre aux dates internes de nos clients et à nos heures limites quotidiennes
- Assurez-vous que les informations relatives aux prix, à la facturation et à l'expédition sont correctes
- Signaler et remettre en question les problèmes d'ordre et demander l'approbation appropriée pour aller de l'avant
- Communiquer avec l'approvisionnement et la production sur les nouveaux achats urgents
- Assurez-vous que toutes les tâches appropriées ont été accomplies pour la fin du mois
- Fournir une couverture de secours pour la réception
- Effectuer diverses tâches liées à la réussite du Département, au besoin

**Qualifications**:

- Souci du détail et de la précision
- Solides compétences en communication (écrite et orale)
- Compétences en résolution de problèmes
- Autonome
- Connaissance de la suite MS Office, des programmes ERP et CRM
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à gérer des situations de haute pression
- 2 ans d'expérience dans la saisie de commandes
- Parfaitement bilingue (atout)
