**Office Administrator and Recruiter**

**Job Summary**

The Office Administrator is responsible for general office administration tasks within our Regina office. You will play a primary role in ensuring all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within Berks Payment Solutions Inc.

**Responsibilities**

General clerical duties, including but not limited to:

- Preparing documents
- Screening resumes.
- Coordinating and managing appointments and meetings
- Maintaining general office files, including employee files, and other files relating to the company’s daily operations.
- Overseeing the maintenance of the office facilities and equipment
- Placing orders for office supplies
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements through various channels
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge and skills through initial interviews
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees, including relevant documentation
- Promote the company's reputation as “_best place to work_”.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to applicant-tracking software and other recruitment systems.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets/Docs or related software.
- **Education and Experience**:_
- Certificate or degree in Human Resources, or equivalent work experience is considered an asset but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
