**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain installation, operational and configuration procedures
- Install new / rebuild existing servers/ workstations/ network equipment and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc.
- Contribute to and maintain system standards
- Perform daily system monitoring including verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes,
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions and follow up
- Perform daily backup operations
- Ensure Active Directory accounts are up to date
- Provide IT hardware and software support per request
- Manage and support mobile devices (i.e., phone, tablet)
- Maintain IT hardware and software inventory as required
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
- Provide training to staff on existing and/or new technologies

**Qualifications**:

- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Commerce is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and other platforms (i.e., Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Productivity, Defender).
- Experience in supporting Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Azure Services, Microsoft Exchange Services, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Familiar with various MS Windows-based system hardware and software administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Services, internet technologies, and mobile technologies would be an asset
- Experience in managing IT hardware and software inventory including the preparation and management of related documentation.
- Able to work after office hours, statutory holidays, and weekends as needed
- Fluent in English is a must
