**Reports to**: Administrative Supervisor
**Job Status**: Full-time; Permaent
**Shift**: 5 days a week Monday - Friday; 7:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm depending on the requirement (shift rotation)
TIP Group is one of Europe and Canada’s leading equipment service providers. We specialize in trailer leasing, rental, maintenance, and repair, as well as other value-added services, and provide these to transportation and logistics customers across Europe and Canada.
We are currently hiring an Service Coordinator for a short-term contract for our **Moncton** Team. As an Service Coordinator you will oversee rental counter and administration to ensure streamlined and customer focused operations day to day.
**YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**:
- Go over yard check and make sure all units are accounted for and work orders are created
- Maintain and document on site inventories of trailers and communicate findings with the Operations Team daily
- Work directly with Check In Coordinator to make sure all Check In's and Check Out's are completed
- Communicate directly with the Operation Team to ensure all Check In's and Check Out's are done in a timely manner
- Log inbound units in the system and create chargeback cases if necessary
- Have customers sign rental documents as needed
- Ensure all units needing repairs are prioritized by coordinating with Lead Hand and Service Manager
- Assist Lead Hand with the organization and communication with in house mobiles
- Assist Lead Hand and Service Manager in ordering and tracking new license plates
- Act as back-up to Operations Coordinator
**YOU NEED TO HAVE**:
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and achieve outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in, and contribute to, a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills
