**Job Description: Service Coordinator**

As a **Service Coordinator**, you will be responsible for supporting the service team with essential administrative functions, including invoice processing, service tracking, and customer support. Your contributions will help maintain seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Invoice Processing**: Accurately prepare, review, and process customer invoices, ensuring correct billing information (addresses, prices, credit limits) and timely submission.
- **Fleet Service Tracking**: Track and record service intervals for customer fleets, updating Excel sheets and systems to ensure timely maintenance.
- **Data Entry & Document Management**: Handle high-volume data entry tasks, reviewing source documents for deficiencies and discrepancies, and resolving issues promptly.
- **Customer Support & Communications**: Respond professionally to customer inquiries, manage communications, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Order Management**: Manage office supply orders and assist with purchasing and maintaining parts, tools, and other office inventory.
- **Work Order & Project Management**: Track and update work orders for road service projects, ensuring project details are accurately recorded and completed in a timely manner.
- **Administrative Support**: Organize incoming correspondence, manage office filing systems, and maintain customer confidentiality at all times.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**: Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Service Manager to maintain effective office operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Post-secondary diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of **data entry** experience in an office or administrative role.
- Previous **customer service** experience is a strong asset.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office** Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with **computerized invoicing systems**.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail with excellent **time management** and **organizational skills**.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written **communication** skills with a focus on professionalism and customer care.
- Ability to maintain **confidentiality** and handle sensitive customer and business information.
- **Problem-solving** skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues as they arise.
- Exceptional **customer service** skills with a focus on providing timely and accurate assistance.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
