Bilingual Customer Service Representative

**Position Overview**:
Richards-Wilcox Canada has an opening for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (B2B) to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
**Customer Service**:

- Act as a first point of contact for customers and dealers establishing an ongoing rapport and developing longstanding relationships.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of Dealer orders.
- Create Quotes and RFP’s in collaboration with Engineering and Regional Sales Managers.
- Respond to inquiries in a pro-active, enthusiastic and professional manner, providing schedule, technical and pricing information needed to ensure Customer satisfaction while maximizing sales.
- Along with the Production Scheduling team, schedule customers’ orders while maintaining monthly level loading metrics.
- Process warranty claims and appropriate debit/credit for defective or returned materials.
- Support Marketing and Sales efforts such as trade shows and sales meetings, with occasional travel requirements.
- Work with the shipping team to plan loads of product to be shipped to North America
- In a timely and efficient manner complete documentation for cross border shipping requirements

**Other**:

- Remain current on R-W products and services, communicating new product information to Customers, explaining technical features and suggesting project solutions, as appropriate
- Coordinate customer training, as requires
- Prioritize and execute work under tight deadlines
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- 5 years working as a CSR/Inside Sales in a manufacturing environment
- Prioritize and execute work under tight deadlines
- Exporting and planning of loads experience is an asset
- “Business to business” manufacturing experience is required, rather than “business to customer” experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual - English/French is mandatory
- Minimum College diploma.
