_**About You**:_ We are looking for a Tour Coordinator; a tech savvy, highly organized, self-starter. You will be the face of our company, ensuring an outstanding level of customer service and taking ownership of all issues to secure a smooth tour check in and tour departure. This role will require a keen eye for detail and the propensity for dynamic and unique problem-solving.
- **Your responsibilities**:_
- Welcome guests and complete onsite guest check-in.
- Calmly manage large crowds of up to 150 people, while completing tasks in a short time frame.
- Be available to assist the Operations team with last-minute guide, ticket, or customer issues.
- Elevate customer experience by addressing or escalating questions and issues.
- Ensure records of the event, tickets used, customer no-shows and other variables are correct and accurately reported.
- **Your Skills**:_
- Naturally comfortable in front of large crowds.
- Excellent time management and organization skills while managing large, diverse groups of people.
- Ability to be calm and consistent under pressure and while multi-tasking in a high speed environment.
- Must be tech savvy and comfortable using technology as part of your main task.
- Wide knowledge of Niagara Falls, public transit, sites, and other tour products that we offer.
- Proficient in English, French is a plus.
- Previous experience in the service industry, as well as the hospitality and tourism industry are an advantage.

- This job is 100% outdoors and on your feet. We run our tours rain or shine
- This is a casual, seasonal position, which runs from April - mid fall.
- Shift start times typically begin around 7:30am and can last anywhere from 1 - 3 hours per day.

**Job Types**: Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $40.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 10 per week
