A well-established local Mechanical Company is looking to fill a HVAC Estimator & Project Manager position. A dynamic, fast‑paced culture that thrives on creativity, passion and dedication to exceeding expectations Qualifications 5+ years experience HVAC estimating and/or project managing Experience in a variety of project types; commercial is a must Must work well in a team environment HVAC experience Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Good time‑management, verbal and written communication skills are a must Team player To be considered, please apply with a resume & project list Responsibilities Prepare bids and job quotes for projects Manage construction projects Execute and manage terms of project contracts Make sure a complete scope of work is defined Monitor project budgets and labor costs Monitor and prepare project schedules with milestone deadlines to be achieved Review, analyze and make recommendations on project change orders Estimate/price change orders as required Analyze plans and subsequent construction documents to confirm project requirements and opportunities for value engineering Prepare documents for billing purposes and coordinate with accounting personnel Review project with President, CFO and Group Manager periodically and per request Maintain regular communication and collaboration Spending time on assigned job sites Prepare and manage communications with general contractors, owners, or construction managers for assigned projects Recommend methods and/or improvements based on project needs and resource capabilities Report and resolve employee concerns and/or grievances as needed Ensure job site employees maintain a safe work environment Attend and conduct meetings as required Comply with all company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs as established Benefits Competitive compensation Paid vacation annually Paid sick days yearly Comprehensive benefits package Dynamic work setting In‑office roles available Additional Perks Competitive pay Work‑life balance Take‑home vehicle Professional growth Joining a great company culture Full‑time full benefits And more All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
