Springboard Clinic is opening a new location in Oakville, Ontario

**About the Role**
Please note, this role is _not_ remote but rather will be in-person, working on site at the Clinic's new Oakville location.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and check them in
- Redirect calls and messages to appropriate staff members: internal messaging and/or following up with clients/staff
- Coordinate appointment bookings across multiple clinician calendars
- Process payments and create insurance receipts: deposits, assessment fees, missed appointments, coaching/psychotherapy sessions
- Follow-up with clients about a variety of topics, including outstanding invoices, pending referrals, incomplete documentation
- With consent, communicate with external stakeholders surrounding sensitive and confidential client information
- Value confidentiality and privacy when interacting with patients and patient information
**Required Skills**:
- Minimum undergraduate degree, or certificate in administration with additional workplace experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience; previous experience working in a health care environment is strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) - polite, patient, and respectful interpersonal communication abilities
- Forward thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Passion for customer service and client care
- Conscientious and detail-oriented
- Can work efficiently both independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Comfortable using multiple technology systems in tandem and capable of learning new technology platforms in a timely manner
