We are now looking for experienced and energetic leaders who have a passion for people to join our team

The Front of House Manager is responsible for all FOH operations and financial results. This includes executing a high level of food & beverage, delivering a great guest experience, building a strong workplace culture and growing a team, maintaining cleanliness and adherence to specs as well as all H&S standards.

**What are we looking for?**

  • Ability to uphold all brand standards
  • Versed in food safety and WHMIS
  • Able to set and achieve labour targets by implementing weekly forecasting and executing plan
  • Provide coaching and development for all team members
  • Quick to identify opportunities in the daily operations and coach improvement plans
  • Able to Motivate and grow a team while aligning the team on the needs of the business
  • Make difficult people and business decision that will help grow the business
  • Maintain a positive outlook at all times, even when under pressure
  • 1 year of managers experience in the Hospitality industry

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
