**Job description**

Welcome to the 43 North restaurant group. We are proud to be one of the largest hospitality employers in the Niagara region. We manage a variety of culinary experiences from full-service dining to a quick-service meal, including; corporate events, on and off-site catering as well as tours. We are now looking for experienced and energetic leader who have a passion for people to join our team at one of our locations in the Niagara Region

The Front of House Manager is responsible for all operations and financial results. This includes executing a high level of food & beverage, delivering a great guest experience, building a strong workplace culture and growing a team, maintaining cleanliness and adherence to specs as well as all H&S standards.

**What are we looking for?**
- Ability to uphold all brand standards
- Versed in food safety and WHMIS
- Able to set and achieve labour targets by implementing weekly forecasting and executing plan
- A passion for people and delivering a great guest experience
- Provide coaching and development for all team members
- Quick to identify opportunities in the daily operations and coach improvement plans
- Able to Motivate and grow a team while aligning the team on the needs of the business
- Able to work standing for long periods of time
- Maintain a positive outlook at all times, even when under pressure
- 2 years of managers experience in the Hospitality industry

Pay: $46,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
