**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Train, mentor, and manage front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Oversee the scheduling of staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels for bar and dining supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Excellent customer service skills with a keen ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations.
- Experience in bartending is a plus; familiarity with beverage service standards is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality service.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A background in hospitality or hotel management can enhance suitability for this role.
