About this position: Full-time, remote position. There will be occasional office days in Richmond Hill, ON
**Salary**: $45K-55K CAN
**About the Role**:
Smart Circle is seeking a Payroll Compliance Auditor
The Payroll Compliance Auditor’s primary role will be responsible for auditing third party vendors for compliance and best practices (including compliance with applicable wage/hour regulations); conducting detailed payroll audits; assessing compliance and identifying patterns of non-compliance and areas of risk, using discretion and independent judgment; presenting findings to compliance team; and other duties as may be assigned.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- 2 years minimum experience with payroll, HR, and/or commission reporting/calculations; experience with developing and executing compliance and audit protocols preferred.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in Excel and Outlook. Experience with SalesForce a plus.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to be initiative-taking and make suggestions to improve auditing process are necessary.
- Diligence, ability to multi-task and strong organization skills required.
- The ability to work independently is essential

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
