**We currently have an immediate need for Operations Manager position**
**Job description**

- **managing quality assurance programs, monitoring exit processes, and developing strategies to enhance their effectiveness**:
- **hiring, supervising, and training employees, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity**:
- **ensuring compliance with relevant employment regulations and federal and provincial policies**:
- **developing strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness of company support services, such as finance, information technology, and human resources, by coordinating communication between their business and support functions**
- **Ensures that the team complies with the company health and safety requirements and ensures proper methods and standard operating procedures are followed to meet quality, safety, environment standards.**
- **Recommends measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and equipment performance.**
- **Determines daily operational plan, sets priorities and assigns employees as required. Request additional resources if required.**
- **Demonstrate knowledge of current on ongoing customer requirements, changes to contracts or new client set up in order to meet customer expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLA).**

- **Expected hours: 40 hours a week.**

- **Experience**:
- **Operations Manager with experience in 3PL is a must (Warehouse/Transportations/Customer service) : 5 year (required)**
- **Language: Proficient English (required)**
- **Work Location: Brampton**
Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
