We are looking for an **Operations Manager** to join our team in **Brampton**, **ON**. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring all branch business operations are successful in the areas of Customer Service/Inside Sales, Rigging, Warehouse operations, Webbing and Inspections. This manager also ensures the health and safety of all branch employees and customers.

**Principle Responsibilities**
- Oversees activities directly related to production and services; schedule jobs and lead projects to ensure their successful completion
- Plans, directs and coordinates employees, preparing work schedules and assigning specific tasks
- Works with employees to support the branch goals and control expenses to stay within operational budget
- Provides continuous leadership, coaching, goal setting, and planning
- Demonstrates a commitment to quality and safety by maintaining a clean, safe and organized department

**Required knowledge and training**
- A university/college degree preferably in Business Management or a related discipline, or a combination of a high school diploma and relevant work experience
- Previous management experience is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. from floor level to waist level
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
