**Responsibilities**
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to property listings, transactions, and client communications.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, showings, and open houses while coordinating with clients and team members.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations to support the team’s needs.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining office supplies, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the office.
- Transaction Management: Oversee listings, offers, and closing documentation.
- Social Media & Marketing: Manage online listings, promote events, and create engaging content.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute real estate events, coordinating with vendors and organizers.
- File & Paperwork Management: Keep all documents and databases up to date.
- Signage & Advertising: Arrange property signs, marketing materials, and online promotions.
- Client Coordination: Communicate with buyers, sellers, and our internal team to ensure a seamless experience.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred; experience in a Real Estate office setting is a plus.
- Familiarity with file management systems and front desk operations is essential.
- Strong phone etiquette skills are required for effective client interaction.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail are crucial for maintaining high-quality documentation.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and adapting to the fast-paced environment of real estate is highly valued.
