The Coordinator, Uniforms is the primary team member-facing role within the Uniforms team. Responsible for the fitting and distribution of uniform garments to Porter team members. This position places a high emphasis on customer service and organizational skills. Along with these responsibilities the Coordinator will also help maintain appropriate inventory levels and liaise with Porter management and others to ensure all team members have the right tools to look and feel their best at work.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Oversees the fitting and distribution of uniform pieces to Porter staff located in the US and Canada in a timely mannerMaintains records of all team members and their uniform allotment; ensures all team members receive uniform pieces in a timely mannerResponsible for onboarding presentations to new hiresResponsible for validating alterations’ cost approval via Coupa expense platformPrimary source for maintaining and communicating uniform standards and proper care guidelinesResponsible for Porter uniform room and inventory located therein, as well as merchandising showroom to Porter brand standardsAssists in developing reports for and communicating inventory levels throughout Porter networkEnsures electronic inventory control system is accurate and up to dateMaintains records of all employees and their uniform allotmentResponsible for coordination dry cleaning & alterations ordersMaintains uniform standards and proper care guidelinesResponds to all customer calls and requests in a quick and courteous mannerDemonstrates continuous effort to improve the overall uniform department, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide superior quality seamless customer serviceResponsible for “on loan” inventoryProactively anticipates business needs to ensure all uniform needs are met in a timely mannerActively participate in Porter’s Safety Management System (SMS) including reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understand, comply and promote the Company Safety Policy

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
College diploma or equivalentMinimum of one (1) year experience in a customer service positionExperience working with perpetual inventory systems is an assetA combination of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substitutedAccuracy with data entryStrong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationshipsSuperior written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS-Office products including Outlook, Excel, & WordProficiency in Google suite.Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlinesAbility to carry garment bagsAbility to push/pull up to 50lbsAbility to travel as requiredMandatory COVID-19 Vaccination
