Job SummaryWe are seeking a Facility Coordinator to manage on‑site facility tasks, coordinate vendor and contractor services, and maintain a high standard of office appearance for our clients in the Compass Group Canada Integrated Facilities Management division.ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for client, employee, visitor, vendor, contractor, and landlord representatives.Orient and manage contractors, including account management and compliance with safety and quality standards.Develop, update, and enforce standard procedures for soft services and office equipment maintenance.Oversee onsite administrative, custodial, and janitorial teams, ensuring frequent inspections and issue resolution.Maintain and update site uniform program and track uniform program compliance.Document and manage all maintenance work in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or equivalent ticketing system.Track budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and cost center coding, ensuring timely invoice processing and financial forecasting.Onboard new hires and manage contractor maintenance reporting.Execute cleaning, maintenance, and repair requests on furniture and office equipment in collaboration with vendors, contractors, and landlord representatives.Ensure all policies and processes are followed to maintain a high standard of office appearance.Perform other duties as assigned by management or the client.QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of front‑line facility customer service experience, including repair of office equipment or equivalent combination of experience and training.Knowledge of facilities management systems, including CMMS.Post‑secondary education.Experience supervising unionized teams and accountability for their actions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to develop and enhance partnerships with the client.Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesFood and Beverage ServicesCompass Group Canada is committed to nurturing a diverse workforce representative of the communities within which we operate.
