**About us**

Our team has been caring for our community’s cherished pets for 40 years. We are happy to have grown with our fellow pet parents through the decades. We recently completed construction of our new building, complete with state-of-the art equipment, large exam rooms, comfort rooms, surgical suite and more. Right next door, you will find our Pet Spa where our professional groomers keep our patients looking picture perfect, all year round. We also have a boutique where you can shop for your pet’s medications, food, treats, accessories and other products.

Our vets, technicians, assistants and groomers are also **Fear Free Certified**. We have undergone intensive training on ways to reduce stress for our patients. This is done through a combination of handling techniques, soothing devices and modifications made in our facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide feedback on customer satisfaction surveys.

Experience in the veterinary industry, and any background knowledge in veteirnary nutrition will be considered an asset.
