DORE Property Management is a trusted name in residential property management, dedicated to delivering world-class service and efficient solutions for property owners and tenants. We’re currently seeking a Customer Success Representative who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about customer service.
**Position Summary**
The Customer Success Representative plays a vital role in managing and dispatching work orders to a team of professional contractors. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
**Additional Information**
- This is a contractor/consultant (self-employed) position.
**What You’ll Do**
- Manage the full-service cycle: handle incoming requests, dispatch work orders, update clients, perform follow-ups, close out service tickets, and collect feedback.
- Communicate effectively with a shared team of representatives to ensure smooth coordination.
- Manage and track small renovation or maintenance projects.
- Provide exceptional customer support to ensure a positive client experience.
- Adapt quickly to change and manage multiple priorities.
**What We’re Looking For**
**Required**:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
- Understanding of home maintenance or renovation work.
- Access to a laptop and cell phone with a data plan.
- Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Orléans, ON before starting work.
**Assets (Preferred but not required)**:
- Bilingual (French/English).
- Experience in property management and maintenance

Pay: $45,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
