Overview:
CROSSMARK is a leading sales and marketing services company and we are currently hiring for a Corporate Recruiter position. The role will support the team in finding exceptional people for our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for all steps associated with the identification and placement of full time and part time team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage full cycle recruitment process, including conducting resume screening, recruiter interviews, scheduling hiring manager interviews, completing reference checks, offer and onboarding process.
- Manage social media job posts and sponsored ads on online job boards.
- Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals collaboratively and effectively.

Qualifications:
