We’re looking for a
**Recruiter **to assist the Human Resources Generalist with researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for our group of companies.

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 9a.m. to 5p.m.

**Hours of Work**:40hrs/week

**Location**:3660 Hurontario St., Mississauga, ON L5B 3C4

**Pay**:$16 hourly

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Maintain HR department calendar.
- Schedules interviews and references to be conducted by HR Generalist and provide needed materials.
- Promotes the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity”.
- Provides analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the HR Generalist.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Manages internship programs.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Point of contact for employees that have missed their clock/in or out, maintain information in a spreadsheet.
- Assists HR Generalist with planning and execution of special events and projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
