**Description**
**The Corporate Recruiter contract role will support the overall operations of the Human Resources team, with an attentive focus in acting as the corporate recruitment lead and onboarding specialist.
- **Responsibilities**

**- Review job details and prepare postings; in coordination with hiring managers, determine recruitment strategy including pre-screening questions, and where advertising would occur to provide diverse applicant pool.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Provide initial screening of applicant pools, as well as phone screens or interviews where applicable.
- Provide consultation and guidance to hiring managers regarding recruitment and selection processes as well as interviewing strategies to hiring managers and act as the main point of contact for talent acquisition.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews and follow-up communications.
**Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Education Required**

**- A completed bachelor’s degree or HR Diploma
- 3+ years’ experience conducting full life-cycle recruiting.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude, and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
