**Blue Mountain Hospitality Group** is a successful privately owned business that was first established in 2008. We currently own 5 concepts : Blue Mountain Chuck Burger, Camino Taco, Cold Truth, Royal Majesty Espresso Bar Bakery and Mile High Poutine. Our vision is a simple one: to provide hospitality to visiting guests and elevate their experience.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who is highly experienced with Content Creation and can elevate our digital marketing initiatives. You will play a crucial role in creating high quality original content for various platforms. Precision to detail is extremely important - the content you create and share represents the entire company.

To be successful in this role, you should possess experience with various social media platforms and be comfortable with the organic, paid, and technical aspects of operating on these platforms - from a business perspective. You are an expert when it comes to Instagram and Facebook This position will involve engaging with a wide array of affiliates including influencers, industry partners, corporate and store team members.
- **Content**:

- Create high quality, unique, and engaging content that can be used across various platforms. You are the content creator and curator for the company
- **Video** - Optimize existing and new content through video creation and editing.
- **Community** - Building and maintaining a strong online presence by engaging with customers, customer groups and influencers. Create new relationships and maintain existing ones.
- **Monitor** - Tracking the company’s brand on all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Tik Tok, Linkedin, Google, etc)
- **Reporting** - Providing analytical insight to other departments.
- Technical Maintenance - Maintaining and optimizing all social media accounts back end.
- **Paid Media** - Manage paid media strategy and execution with internal and external partners. (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, Rakuten, Amazon Ads, Tik Tok, etc..)
- **Engage** authentically with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a way that builds trust, nurtures relationships, and fosters a community that feels supported, empowered, and valued.
- **Web sites** - management and maintenance
- **Events** - organizing and managing events
- **Loyalty Program **-organize and manager customer loyalty programs for all stores.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Prior Experience as a Social Media Manager (2 years +)
- Prior Digital Marketing Experience (3 years +)
- Affiliate/Influencer marketing and management (2 years +)
- Expert knowledge of Meta suite, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business
- Video and Photo editing experience for social media (3 years +)
- Social media planning software experience (2 years +)
- Copywriting - Excellent command of written and verbal communication in English

**Preferred Additional Skills**:

- Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (2 years +)
- Tik Tok for business (1 year +)
- Culinary Experience
- Experience with web design and publishing and the use of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is an asset

Some platforms you should be familiar with include Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest, and X.

This position is within **Blue Mountain** and **Collingwood **area. Must be able to work onsite daily will be in a store location for content creation, meetings in house marketing implementation.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
