This position is responsible for maintaining the digital products; website content and design, digital signage and mobile app, while supporting the marketing creative team and maintaining brand standards. They will work closely with Alterra HQ and the Blue Mountain Marketing department to meet content goals to meet business unit objectives.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**

**Website/Applications**:

- Reviewing digital products to keep content up to date (daily, weekly and seasonal checks of content)
- Updating content using CMS
- Working with Account Managers to determine website updates
- Basic analytics reports as well as working with testing tools to ensure web goals are met.
- Creating new website pages based on feedback and requests from leaders across the resort
- Managing the backend maintenance of the website such as redesigning and deleting old pages
- Coordinating seasonal web changes; includes photos, top banners, and conditions report
- Responsible for all Blue Mountain sites (excluding ecommerce) and any current campaign microsites.

**Analytics/Personalization**:

- Working with HQ and Business Unit Managers to better understand patterns in content, purchase flow and intent.
- Ideate, coordinate, and deploy content personalization strategies to meet department goals and objectives using best-in-class tools (Adobe Target)

**Digital Signage**:

- Add, edit, and delete content from digital signage across resort.
- Create content, playlists and assign to specific locations.

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in a creative field
- Minimum 2 year of graphic/web design experience
- Minimum 1 year of previous marketing experience preferably in the resort or hospitality industry considered an asset
- Working knowledge of relevant page layout, web design, and graphics software programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Acrobat
- Advanced computer skills on both working platforms (MAC and PC) an asset
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS (web coding),
- Advanced communication skills, written and verbal - advanced spelling and grammar skills required
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
