This position directs the development of a comprehensive product marketing cycle, focused on Food & Beverage, Retail, Event and Sponsorships.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Identifies market potential, works to establish pricing and market strategy recommendations, estimates potential sales, distribution channel issues, and manages mature product through phase-out.
- Defines and executes customer focused market research.
- Defines promotional activities, publicizing the product through the press, website, media, sales force, and alternate distribution channels.
- Provides expertise in particular product area and develops strategies and applicable portions of the company business plan.
- Plans, organizes, and coordinates assigned programs to ensure accomplishment of financial/budgetary goals and optimum allocation of resources.
- Manages resources to execute assigned programs.
- Coordinates program planning with internal clients to ensure identification of appropriate manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs, and similar considerations.
- Conducts liaison with product suppliers and may participate in negotiating with key suppliers regarding contract terms and conditions.
- Coordinates product introduction and market exploitation with marketing and sales organizations to ensure maximum penetration of market segment.
- Coordinates details of program within the organization with a wide range of functions and individuals.
- Provides continuing product surveillance and management of established product to obtain financial objectives.
- Opportunity to directly supervise employees in Marketing; responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Contributing to the development and execution of the Resort Strategic Plan.

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- 3-5 years Industry experience of Product Marketing.
- Bachelor of Business (BBA) from a 4-year College or University program
- Proven leadership ability
- Well-honed Project Management Skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with the proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a Resort environment is an asset.
