**Responsibilities**
- Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

**Supvervision**:

- Working groups: Production, Sanitation, Maintenance.
- Staff in various areas of responsibility
- Contractors

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in dairy processing operations, with a thorough understanding of production workflows and best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in production machinery and plant maintenance, with a track record of implementing preventive maintenance programs.
- Possession of a valid **Plant Milk Grader Certificate**, demonstrating proficiency in milk grading and quality control.
- Hold a valid **SQF **(Safe Quality Food) Certificate, indicating proficiency in food safety and quality management systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy in all aspects of production management.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the dairy processing industry.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
