- Responsible for appointment coordination for multiple dealerships insuring timely customer contact, service prospecting and assisting incoming service customers.
- Identify and qualify customer opportunities for growth and improvement in the area of service and customer care.
- 75+ Service calls minimum are required per day.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Excel at customer service and enjoy contacting and assisting customers on the telephone.
- Clear and pleasant voice quality is required for telephone communication.
- Attention to detail to ensure all customer requests and information is correctly entered.
- Focus on exceptional customer service
- Previous service experience is considered an asset.
