This isn't a typical call-centre job and you don't need sales experience. Maybe you're looking for a change of pace from the service industry, or have a customer service background – In any case, we would love to hear from you

This is the heartbeat of the dealership — where customers first meet us. You'll be the friendly voice, the helpful guide, the person who sets the tone for their entire experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
● Connecting with customers who reach out online
● Making friendly follow-up calls and emails to help customers book appointments
● Being the communication bridge between customers and our sales teams
● Using simple computer systems to log conversations (we'll teach you)
● Staying in the loop on promotions, inventory, and cool new vehicles
● Bringing positivity, clarity, and great customer vibes to every interaction
● Working closely with teammates and dealerships across the group
● Hitting achievable daily and weekly goals in a supportive environment

You do NOT need:
● Car knowledge
● Dealership experience
● Previous BDC work
● Sales experience
