Maxum Excavating Ltd is a growing civil underground utilities company and a member of the IUOE union based out of the Lower Mainland. We focus on underground utility installations, site development, road construction, and excavation for public, private, commercial, and subdivision projects. We are seeking motivated and safety-focused individuals for the following positions:

- **Equipment Operators** - Skilled in operating excavators, loaders, skidsteers, and other heavy machinery.
- **Pipelayers** - Experienced in installing water, sewer, and storm infrastructure.
- **Skilled Labourers** - Hardworking team players who take pride in quality workmanship and aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

- Ability to exercise good judgement and show initiative
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Two years (minimum) civil pipelayer experience (for pipelayer positions)
- Five years (minimum) experience operating excavators with a civil crew (for equipment operator position)
- A valid driver’s license is required along with a reliable vehicle for travel to various worksite locations
