The Bethania Group is recruiting for a **Part
- Time (3 days a week, 0.6 FTE) Administrative Assistant**servicing 2 locations - 601 Osborne and 529 Country Club Blvd in Winnipeg, MB. These buildings are 55+ Independent Living Seniors facilities.

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the Building Manager. This role involves a variety of tasks, including tenant relations, lease preparation, record-keeping, and coordination of building operations.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Manage and organize administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with tenant relations, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and coordinating move-in/move-out processes.
- Prepare and process leases and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure efficient building operations.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, including fire safety and tenancy laws.
- Provide administrative support to the Tenant Resource Coordinator as needed.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum of one year of administrative experience
- Strong understanding of the Manitoba Residential Tenancies Act and Manitoba Housing Subsidized Housing Regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification (asset)
