**Responsibilities**
- Communicate with customers in person, over the phone and electronically in an efficient, accurate and professional manner.
- Addressing product inquires and helping to solve a customer’s building material challenges.
- Provide knowledge of best practices on the installation of various materials and products.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of current building codes and products.
- Ability to read and interpret building plans and drawings.
- Prepare accurate and timely proposals for potential customers.
- Generate both new and incremental business through inbound and outbound calls.
- Work directly with Administration, Procurement and Operations departments to ensure job flow and company service standards.

**Qualifications**
- Experience with construction/building materials industry an asset.
- High school diploma, trade certificate an asset.
- Knowledge in residential construction through trade or sales experience
- Continuous and motivated learner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude, highly organized and detail orientated.
- MS Office working knowledge.
