**The Administrative / Account Assistants Role**:This position is an integral part of our account payments management process. Our Admin/Account Assistants collaborate well with our team to ensure that Head Office has an accurate account of product sales, customer transactions, banking activity and inventory purchases. Our Admin /Account Assistants take pride in the accuracy of reports on sales, Moneris transactions, banking and payables for their Branch.

This is a flexible, 20-30 hour per week role.

**The Administrative/ Account Assistants Responsibilities**:

- Organizes and processes all incoming mail.
- Processes and accurately verifies that the daily sales activities match with banking activities
- Verifies and send to head office all payables - verified to the proper accounts (inventory vs non-inventory purchases)
- Collaborates and communicates clearly with Head Office and Branch Management staff
- Holds confidential all banking and transaction information as appropriate for the position and sensitive nature of his/her access to company banking and files

**The Results We See From Administrative /Accounts Assistants**:

- Accurately recorded and correct reports for all daily Branch transactions
- Timely processing of incoming A/P invoices as per our company processes
- Accurate daily audits on the Moneris account activities
- A demonstrated high level of trust and confidentiality
- A smooth transfer of relevant Branch activity information to Head Office as required/appropriate

**The Qualifications**:

- Certification as a professional book keeper with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- High level of proficiency in (QuickBooks), Excel, Word, and online shared docs
- Excellent communication skills (English) and prioritization.
- Highly trustworthy with references speaking to your previous track record

**Administrative / Account Assistants’ Required Skills**:

- Able to read, write and clearly communicate verbally in English
- Able to generate required spreadsheets, reconciliations, reports
- Able to analyze and reconcile bank and other transaction statements
- Fast and efficient, able to deliver on tight timelines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
