**Who we’re looking for**

Ownersbox is looking for a talented Office Administrator to join our team and oversee the daily operations of the office. Your main responsibilities will be to work with the VP of Operations to execute clerical duties, manage office space, and promote a positive workplace environment.

The position is a blend of office manager, employee relations, operations, administration, basic facilities, and requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands with little or no notice. You will be the “go-to” person for all general office needs, experience with payroll entry is an asset.

**Your Role**
- Ensure general management of the office, including office supply management, vendor contracts and relations, space planning/design, and facilitation of all office functions and services
- Assist with accounting by maintain account databases, oversee the invoice workflow, and track and reconcile accounts
- Act as primary liaison between the company, staff, and office building management, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests
- Assist in developing, copying, and distributing internal documents as requested
- Manage the look and feel of the office, keeping it clean and orderly, including purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture
- Point person for light maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and errands
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
- Oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positively cultured office and employee experience

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field
- 2 or more years’ as an administrative or office manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic and innovative thinker with the ability to prioritize and operationalize practical solutions and activities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
- Position requires a Valid Driver's License
