**Who We’re Looking For**:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Manage our affiliate program, nurturing relationships with partners to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, recruiting and managing influencers to promote OwnersBox.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for North American-wide brand activation and collaboration with strategic partners in the sports arena.
- Craft compelling sponsorship programs and sales materials to prospective partners, showcasing the value proposition of partnering with OwnersBox.
- Lead and manage contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for OwnersBox and its partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align partnership strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize partnership initiatives for maximum impact and ROI.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in partnership management, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing within the sports, gaming, or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of driving successful partnership initiatives and achieving business goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
