**About the Role**

**What you will be doing**:

- Create weekly production documents for receiving, staging, production, and shipping
- Review customer error calls relevant to production to measure & track quality, accuracy, and pick metrics along with identifying error trends to improve defined metrics
- Run weekly printing operations for logistics, product and marketing materials
- Manage weekly maintenance of printers, keep track of printing materials, and weekly purchases
- Conduct daily 5S, process, and facility readiness checks
- Coordinate with ops team, suppliers and contractors to implement corrective & preventive action plan
- Assist Production Manager and Production Supervisor on day-to-day tasks as required
- Work in compliance with OH&S acts and regulations.
- Use personal protective and safety equipment and clothing as directed by the employer and report workplace hazards and dangers to the supervisor or employer.
- Other duties as assigned

**At a minimum, you have**:

- Bachelor's degree or related management work experience
- 0-2 years of experience coordinating production in a fulfillment/distribution center; preferably within Food & Beverage industry
- Quantitative and analytical experience - must have proficiency using MS Excel and G-Suite Apps
- Innovative: Think of creative and efficient solutions to problems others may take for granted

- Time Management: Understand process flow and prioritize accordingly.
- Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you think beyond the scope of a given assignment.
